Secretary / finance of ITTO Project PD 710 (F) Rev. 1 Promoting Conservation of Selected High Value Indigenous Species of Sumatera.

Balai Penelitian Teknologi Serat Tanaman Hutan (BPTSTH)

Badan Litbang dan Inovasi, Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan

Jl. Raya Bangkinang Kuok KM. 9, Kampar, Riau

Employment Status:

Project staff, along duration of the project.

Application Deadline:

Tentative Start Date:

January 1st, 2016.

Starting Pay Rate:

US$ 300.

POSITION DESCRIPTION / QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

1. S1 (any discipline).
2. TOEFL 550.

Desired Qualifications:

Experienced in working with international project would be preferable, as well as experienced in secretary and finance works.

Job Summary:

• The hired staff will be responsible for the project administration and common secretary duty.
• Including office task.
• Receptionist task.
• Scheduling task.
• Event organizer task.
• Finance task.
• Reporting task.
• etc.
