POSITION DESCRIPTION / QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- S1 (any discipline).
- TOEFL 550.
Desired Qualifications:
Experienced in working with international project would be preferable, as well as experienced in secretary and finance works.
Job Summary:
- The hired staff will be responsible for the project administration and common secretary duty.
- Including office task.
- Receptionist task.
- Scheduling task.
- Event organizer task.
- Finance task.
- Reporting task.
